Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript enterprise web applications including advanced component architecture.
Proven experience with UI testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
Experience implementing and improving CI/CD for front-end applications with automated quality gates; disciplined use of AI-assisted coding tools with secure and validated output.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader capable of mentoring engineers and leading UI technical design and best practices adoption.
Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle in agile environments, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Practical experience with financial services technology systems and cloud-native architectures, with ability to leverage AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly.
