Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training/certification.
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST, Hibernate, AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, Lambda, EC2), and microservice architecture.
Proficiency in UI frameworks: React JS, Angular JS, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS.
Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and ability to validate AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working across application development, quality assurance, and automation teams with SCM tools like Git/Bitbucket.
Capable of producing and maintaining architecture and design artifacts ensuring design constraints are met.
Practiced in leveraging monitoring, distributed tracing tools, and enterprise-level AI tools to drive continuous software improvement and secure coding practices.
