Mentor junior QA engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality early in the software development lifecycle and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
6–7+ years of hands-on QA experience, including at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
Experience testing web frontend, mobile apps, and backend/API services.
Practical load and performance testing experience with tools like JMeter, k6, or Gatling.
Working knowledge of AI tools for generating or optimizing test cases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to independently set and drive QA/testing strategy without heavy supervision.
Hands-on experience managing QA across multiple platforms including web, mobile, and backend systems.
Experience mentoring junior QA and working in environments requiring proactive identification of coverage gaps and ambiguity resolution.
