Manage and optimize enterprise MFT platforms (Axway B2Bi, IBM Connect Direct) with Level 3 support for critical workflows and implement observability with tools like Splunk and Grafana.
Drive continuous service improvement focusing on automation, governance, patching, vulnerability remediation, and serve as escalation point for internal and external customers.
8+ years experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) administration, automation, and Cloud integration.
Hands-on experience with MFT platforms such as Axway B2Bi, IBM Connect Direct, or equivalent.
Must be able to work fully onsite in Bangalore or Hyderabad; candidates unwilling to relocate need not apply.
Work Schedule aligns with APAC (6 am to 3 pm) or EMEA (2 pm to 11 pm) shifts.
Deep expertise in secure file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS/SSH/CD) and strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity management).
Ability to lead technical best practices and collaborate effectively with diverse teams including operations, service delivery, and clients.
