Lead Security Engineer - Threat modeling

Design and deliver cybersecurity architecture solutions for software applications and platforms, ensuring secure production code and aligned design constraints.

Perform security risk analysis and reporting, conduct security control reviews, and identify network architecture gaps with documentation of threats and mitigations.

Leverage enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and security documentation with validation of outputs and data sensitivity awareness.

5+ years of applied experience in security engineering with formal training or certification.

Hands-on experience performing threat modeling for software applications and systems and practical system design, development, testing, and operational stability skills.

Strong knowledge of information/network security, IT risk management, architectural concepts; CISSP or CCSP certification mandatory.

Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI tools in security workflows with validation of AI-assisted recommendations.

Experienced security engineer proficient in coding and cybersecurity solutions with ability to evaluate and optimize existing architectures.

Familiarity with modern software development lifecycle including reuse-first and AI-assisted practices to enhance security testing and control validation.

Background includes knowledge of software application technical processes (e.g., public cloud, AI/ML) and exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is a plus.
