Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
9–12 years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years leading Full Stack development teams, preferably in financial services.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python and modern web frameworks such as Angular or React, with experience in APIs and REST architecture.
Experience with AI/ML technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, AI-assisted development, and knowledge of Responsible AI principles and governance.
