Own comprehensive test scenario and case development based on analysis of business requirements, user journeys, and product workflows, focusing on end-to-end validation across multiple product modules.
Lead functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing to identify gaps and defects early, collaborating with Product Owners and developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Maintain and improve QA documentation, processes, and test coverage, support UAT and production validation, and contribute to root-cause analysis of production issues.

Demonstrates strong product ownership with the ability to anticipate requirement gaps and think from an end-user perspective.
Capable of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to become a trusted QA partner and improve final product quality.
