Senior Product Quality Analyst - Retail and Corporate Banking

Own comprehensive test scenario and case development based on analysis of business requirements, user journeys, and product workflows, focusing on end-to-end validation across multiple product modules.

Lead functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing to identify gaps and defects early, collaborating with Product Owners and developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Maintain and improve QA documentation, processes, and test coverage, support UAT and production validation, and contribute to root-cause analysis of production issues.

8–14 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with functional and regression testing of complex business workflows.

Proficiency in API testing (tools like Postman) and working knowledge of SQL for database validation.

Experience with defect management tools such as Jira and ability to analyze product documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria.

Experienced in large-scale, complex financial services or banking software products with a bias towards end-to-end business workflow testing.

Demonstrates strong product ownership with the ability to anticipate requirement gaps and think from an end-user perspective.

Capable of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to become a trusted QA partner and improve final product quality.
