Operate and oversee GFCT Business Control Unit controls covering client interactions, book access, commitments, complaints, legal counsel reviews, marketing materials, and compliance checks.
Manage Front Office Operational risk including operational and financial integrity issues, audit findings, self-identified issues, and compliance testing results.
Support governance forums and provide analytical support for senior management decision making, audit remediation, and Risk & Control Self Assessment.
MBA in Finance from a premier institution or CA with relevant experience.
4-7 years of work experience in banking domain, specifically in regulatory projects, operational risk management, audit of controls, or related processes.
Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to handle high volumes of data and manage databases.
Experience conducting meetings with senior stakeholders; knowledge of FIC trade lifecycle is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in operational risk and control functions within Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FIC) or similar banking environment.
Analytically strong with ability to present clear, compelling information and challenge existing control frameworks critically.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and workflows responsibly, indicating familiarity with data-driven solutions and innovation.
