Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Administration, etc.).
Active PMP certification required.
6+ years of relevant experience in US healthcare, Health IT, EHR implementations, data migration, or project management.
Willingness to work shifts aligned with US business hours (including IST night shifts).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader skilled in coaching and managing geographically distributed teams across India and the US in healthcare data project contexts.
Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and high-risk project escalations in Health IT environments.
Strong analytical and operational mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
