Design, develop, and support ETL workflows for importing, transforming, and exporting healthcare data into athenahealth systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and engineering teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable healthcare data migration and issue resolution.
Validate interoperability workflows using HL7 and FHIR standards and support EHI export-related tasks ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years experience in data engineering, ETL, data migration, or related technical discipline.
Experience with ETL, SQL, Python and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards.
Role location: Chennai, India (In-office)

Experienced in healthcare data migration projects involving legacy EHR systems and scalable ETL processes.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams across product, operations, sales, and engineering for data migration.
Skilled in analyzing data quality issues, documentation, and automating migration workflows to reduce manual effort and improve repeatability.
