Oversee accounting and revenue acceptance processes for Contra Revenue line including rebates, incentives, advisor services, waivers, and claw backs.
Lead financial close activities, including journal entries, GL reconciliations for waivers, rebates, advisors, and variance analysis between actuals and forecast.
Collaborate with account managers and business managers to resolve revenue issues, run contract reviews, adjust accruals, and support reporting and project-specific tasks related to rebates and incentives.
Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Chartered Accountant or CPA preferred.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and current accounting concepts.
Experience with advanced MS Excel and financial/ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Work Experience Required: Progressive accounting experience preferably in a large, global environment.
Experienced in financial close processes and accounting within a large, global corporation or similar complex environment.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including account managers and business managers.
Demonstrated capacity to manage controls, process adherence, automation and improvements in accounting/revenue functions.
