Drive change management for Data Governance and data sub-workstreams within the S4/HANA and o9 Planning Transformation program, focusing on adoption and sustainability of data-related changes.
Manage and sustain data governance roles including capability building and activation of center of expertise for Data Owners, Stewards, and Custodians.
Collaborate cross-functionally to build awareness, alignment, and commitment to new data governance frameworks and tools, including Ataccama technology deployment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Data Management, or related field.
7+ years experience in change management with at least 3 years in large-scale ERP/digital transformation programs.
Proven experience in data governance, data management, or data & analytics change initiatives.
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) strongly preferred; strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and/or o9 planning platforms preferred.
Experienced working with senior leaders across functions and business units in large transformation programs.
Ability to develop and execute strategic change management plans tailored to complex data transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with master data management platforms, data stewardship models, and multi-region/multi-wave ERP deployments, ideally in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors.
