Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of related experience (or Master’s degree with minimum 6 years experience).
Demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, validation, UML modeling, business process modeling, scope and change management, and risk identification.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years of related experience.

Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale business analysis projects with measurable impact on project delivery and client satisfaction.
Deep knowledge of industry-specific business processes and technology applications enabling innovative solution recommendations and strategic influence.
Proficient in advanced analysis techniques (e.g., function point counting, statistical analysis) and capable of mentoring peers and presenting effectively to senior management.
