Lead and manage a high-performing SQA team focusing on IEEE 802.15.4-based connectivity solutions including Zigbee and OpenThread.
Own validation strategy, quality engineering, automation, interoperability, and release readiness for low-power mesh networking products.
Drive quality processes, automation frameworks, interoperability testing with third-parties, and regular communication of quality metrics to global leadership.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of experience in embedded software, wireless connectivity, networking, or related fields, with substantial IEEE 802.15.4 technology experience.
2+ years managing an engineering/SQA team of about 5-8 members including hiring and performance management.
Strong technical expertise in Zigbee and/or Thread/OpenThread testing and validation.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics/Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with technical depth in IEEE 802.15.4-based protocols and low-power mesh networking validation.
Proven ability to work with global cross-functional teams in USA and Europe, managing delivery risks and schedules.
Hands-on experience with test automation (Python), embedded debugging, CI/CD systems, and test infrastructure in wireless SoC environments.
