Lead governance reviews and portfolio reporting to ensure AI use cases are safe, compliant, reliable, and scalable.
Manage and develop the governance team responsible for Responsible AI evaluation and governance functions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Risk Management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years experience in AI/ML governance, model risk management, technology audit, risk management, or closely related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of people leadership and team management experience.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML evaluation, testing methodologies, and strong knowledge of Responsible AI frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and operating risk classification frameworks and stage-gate review methodologies ensuring governance rigor with delivery agility.
Skilled in executive-level reporting, portfolio analytics, and collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in regulated or large enterprise environments.
Proficient understanding of AI ecosystems including cloud platforms and enterprise data environments for AI application governance.
