Copy of EOR Operations Associate/Analyst

Own employee onboarding processes including verifications, benefits setup, and regulatory filings for new customers.

Design and improve scalable operational processes and documentation to streamline customer onboarding and compliance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and R&D teams to automate and enhance onboarding operations.

4+ years experience in operational roles such as payroll, regulatory, or support operations.

Must work from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST shift.

Hybrid work model requiring presence in Bangalore office 3 days per week.

Strong English communication and proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office for data analysis and organization.

Experienced in handling cross-functional coordination between operations, sales, and product teams in fast-paced environments.

Skilled in process development, problem solving, and executing detailed operational tasks under ambiguous conditions.

Comfortable working night shifts with patience and persistence while engaging with multiple stakeholders including government agencies.
