Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and product lifecycle management.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in Electronics, Computer, or AI fields with knowledge of hardware and software product lifecycle management.
Demonstrated success in launching at least 6-8 new products in fast-paced environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global program/project management involving multiple geographic locations, preferably in EMS/OEM industry.
Strong capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Skilled in program management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet and focused on continuous improvement in program execution.
