Handle incident management based on SLAs, perform fit/gap assessments, and support data migration using FBDI and ADFDI.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 11 years overall experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Functional O2C Consulting with strong Oracle Subscription Management expertise.
Hands-on functional production support experience specifically in Oracle Subscription Management, AR, and RMCS modules.
Minimum two full life cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial implementation or support projects completed.
Willingness to work 2nd Shift (3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Finance applications with a focus on subscription management and Order to Cash cycle.
Ability to identify functional gaps, provide corrective actions, and manage integration issues across cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a globally coordinated environment involving offshore and onsite teams.
