Oversee design and development of Account Reconciliation solutions with responsibility for technical implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Mentor development teams, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and ensure design sign-offs in financial close, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of IT experience with at least 3-4 years focused on Account Reconciliation processes.
Experience implementing Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) solutions is mandatory.
Strong application development experience on EPBCS, FCCS with functional knowledge of consolidation and financial close processes.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 9 years total IT experience as stated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading end-to-end implementations of Oracle EPM cloud solutions, specifically FCCS, EPBCS, and ARCS modules.
Proficient in translating financial consolidation and account reconciliation business requirements into technical solutions.
Capable of managing client interactions for requirements definition, design validation, and post-deployment support in complex financial environments.
