Remote work eligibility limited to Australia, New Zealand, or USA (West Coast only).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with agentic coding tools and capable of evaluating/trusting/overriding them effectively.
Skilled at influencing without direct management, building consensus and navigating roadblocks across multiple teams.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous measurement environments and taking calculated risks to push engineering velocity.
