Minimum Requirements
10-18 years of backend engineering experience with at least 2 years in a principal or staff-level role.
Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (GCP/AWS/Azure), microservices, and data platforms.
Proficiency in backend languages such as Java (Spring Boot), Go, Python, or Node.js and strong database knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
Working knowledge of frontend ecosystems and strong experience with authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC) and event systems (Kafka, GCP PubSub).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader with proven ability to drive system design, architecture governance, and cross-team alignment in large-scale backend services.
Demonstrated thought leadership via papers, talks, patents, or open-source contributions, indicating strategic and innovative mindset.
Preferably has startup experience and a strong focus on observability, benchmarking, and cost optimization in distributed backend environments.
