Consultant

Create and manage detailed documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), High Level Design (HLD), process flows, and project planning artifacts supporting regulatory and audit needs.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications, work closely with developers and stakeholders to develop data extraction processes, visualization dashboards, and ad-hoc queries using SQL, PL/SQL, and Power BI.

Develop scalable and repeatable data solutions integrating with data governance and enterprise systems while identifying and resolving data-related issues efficiently.

7-10 years experience as Data Engineer/Database Developer with expertise in RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server) and mandatory SQL & PL/SQL development skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, Data Analytics or related field preferably from Tier 1 institution.

Conceptual understanding of data modelling and data warehousing is mandatory.

Experience with ETL tools (e.g. DataStage, Informatica BDM), Power BI, AML exposure, and Banking/Financial Services industry experience preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced in managing end-to-end data engineering projects supporting both business and technical stakeholders with strong documentation and communication skills.

Skilled in bridging business and technical aspects of Data and Analytics projects with a focus on data governance and scalable solution design.

Previous exposure to regulated environments, preferably Banking or Financial Services, with ability to handle multiple data sources and compliance-driven requirements.
