Staff AI & Automation Data Analyst

Lead the technical development and deployment of AI-powered analytics tools, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and applied ML models.

Design and productionize automated AI agents that generate insights, answer business questions, and automate repetitive analytics tasks.

Own a dynamic AI-focused technical roadmap and collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure scalable, trustworthy AI and automation solutions.

7+ years experience in data science, applied AI/ML, or advanced analytics with Staff-level individual contributor ownership.

Strong Python (including pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL skills; experience building and deploying ML models and AI agents.

Hands-on with LLMs and AI agent frameworks (e.g. RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, prompt engineering) with production usage.

Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, math, or equivalent practical experience.

Technically proactive and adaptive individual contributor who rapidly experiments with and integrates new AI tools and approaches ahead of the curve.

Experienced in operationalizing AI solutions in business analytics contexts with strong data governance and data modeling fluency.

Comfortable working end-to-end: from scoping with business stakeholders to collaborating with IT/engineering for scalable AI deployment.
