Experienced in managing large-scale enterprise middleware platforms within financial services or similarly regulated environments.
Strong operational focus on automation, continuous service improvement, ITIL processes, and security compliance in hybrid/multi-cloud contexts.
Technical leadership ability to guide operational teams and act as escalation point for complex MFT and data transport incidents.
