Minimum Requirements
3–8 years of experience in data analytics or BI, preferably in manufacturing domain.
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake (or similar cloud data platforms), advanced Excel, and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
Engineering or Data Analytics/Computer Science degree.
Ability to work across multiple time zones and with global teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in manufacturing operations analytics with strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs (e.g., OTD, inventory turns).
Skilled in developing scalable BI solutions and automations to improve reporting efficiency and operational impact.
Capable of collaborating with international stakeholders for global analytics initiatives and KPI governance.
