Minimum Requirements
5–8 years experience in aluminium window, fenestration, façade systems, or related building materials industry.
Strong technical knowledge of aluminium window and façade systems with specification selling experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or BE in Civil/Architecture/Mechanical or MBA preferred.
Location requirement: Bengaluru-based with frequent travel across Pan-India project sites.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in specification sales, architect engagement, and façade consulting within building materials or construction sectors.
Skilled in relationship management, project coordination, and influencing design-stage decision makers.
Able to manage Pan-India market development and project pipelines with a strategic and proactive approach.
