Manage identity and access controls including onboarding/offboarding automation and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions and support incident resolution.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of hands-on experience administering IT applications.
Expertise required in Okta, Intune, JAMF, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, and AzureAD.
Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), SSO, SCIM, SAML, and OIDC.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Highly autonomous operator able to execute complex IT application integrations and automations with minimal supervision.
Deep expertise in Okta and related identity/access management technologies, comfortable troubleshooting and independently resolving issues.
Experience working cross-functionally translating technical requests into deliverables while supporting Tier 2/3 IT helpdesk escalations and compliance audits.
