Maintain books and records for private partnerships and investment accounts, including reconciliation and complex transaction accounting.
Prepare and review management fees, waterfall calculations, income and expense allocations, distributions, and drawdowns in accordance with governing documents.

Able to handle complex accounting problems independently with strong analytical skills.
Comfortable coordinating with multiple external parties like auditors and custodians and working to detailed governance terms.
