Support and enhance the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) system (Supply Chain Optimization) including break/fix, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of logistics management principles and familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite, BI Publisher, ETL, and EDI is preferred.
Experience in technical and functional aspects of Oracle Transportation Management with hands-on issue resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed, multidisciplinary team environment supporting logistics and supply chain systems.
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and capability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
