Experience with sourcing IT candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and referral networks.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Work from Office in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Familiarity with technical roles and IT skills including Java, Python, .NET, React, AWS, DevOps, and related technologies.
Operates well in managing multiple job requirements independently in a hybrid work environment with strong coordination and follow-up.
Experience using ATS and recruitment tools such as Zoho Recruit or similar for tracking and reporting recruitment processes.
