Minimum Requirements
1-3 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job portals like Naukri and Indeed, and social media.
Work Arrangement: Remote (Work from Home). Salary: ₹1.5 LPA initial 12 months, ₹2.5 LPA after 1 year based on performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has solid experience coordinating recruitment for diverse IT roles such as developers, DevOps, QA, analysts, and designers.
Familiarity with IT technologies and terminology to effectively screen and assess candidates’ technical fit.
Demonstrates operational ownership by managing multiple open positions, stakeholder coordination, and timely delivery in a remote environment.
