Support day-to-day operational activities including shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, unloading, and reconciliation within Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, and Processing Units.
Ensure accuracy, safety compliance, and timely movement of shipments to meet service commitments and maintain high operational productivity and service quality.
Assist Shift In-charges in achieving daily targets and support peak volume operations while maintaining operational discipline and professional conduct.
Minimum education: 10th Standard pass (higher qualifications advantageous).
Work Experience Required: Freshers or up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations, or similar operational roles.
Physically fit for operational tasks involving standing, walking, lifting, and movement of shipments throughout the shift.
Willingness and ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays; basic English reading and computer/scanner usage skills.
Experience or aptitude for hands-on operational roles in fast-paced logistics or warehousing environments with focus on shipment handling accuracy and safety compliance.
Capable of following Standard Operating Procedures strictly and maintaining operational discipline including punctuality and grooming standards.
Able to work collaboratively in teams and assist management in meeting operational targets and adapting to peak workloads.
