Basic English reading, communication, computer skills, and experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations with practical knowledge of operational execution and quality control.
Ability to support and coach junior operations staff and assist shift supervisors in managing daily operations efficiently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment requiring strict adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and productivity targets.
