Senior Operations Staff - IAH

Execute day-to-day shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, and shipment reconciliation across Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, and Processing Units.

Support Shift In-charges by assisting in workload allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and ensuring SOP adherence to maintain high operational productivity, accuracy, and quality.

Drive operational discipline, safety, and compliance while maintaining operational documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring operational readiness during peak and contingency periods.

Minimum 10th Standard pass education.

3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.

Physically fit for standing, walking, and manual shipment handling; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

Basic English reading, communication, computer skills, and experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.

Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations with practical knowledge of operational execution and quality control.

Ability to support and coach junior operations staff and assist shift supervisors in managing daily operations efficiently.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment requiring strict adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and productivity targets.
