Manager - Mall Operations

Manage overall mall operations including housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and waste management to ensure cleanliness and safety.

Supervise housekeeping staff and outsourced vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards.

Coordinate with security, engineering, and tenant teams while managing budgets, consumables, manpower, and operational reporting.

3-5 years of relevant experience in operations or facility management.

Location: Panipat, Haryana onsite.

Proven skills in facility management, vendor and contractor management, housekeeping operations.

Proficiency in MS Excel and experience preparing operational reports (MIS).

Experienced in managing multi-vendor teams and coordinating cross-functional teams in retail or mall environments.

Strong operational focus with ability to enforce compliance to health, safety, and statutory requirements.

Demonstrated capability in budget management and vendor cost control with effective communication skills.
