Manage complete financial accounting operations including General Ledger, month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, and compliance.
Lead audit coordination and strengthen internal financial controls in line with Companies Act and internal policies.
Serve as Finance SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), supporting ERP processes, system enhancements, and driving finance process automation.
Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
5-6 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is mandatory.
Experience in month-end close, financial statement preparation, audits, and internal controls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multinational or consulting/professional services/engineering/infrastructure sectors or similar complex environments.
Capable of managing and mentoring a small finance team with adherence to reporting timelines.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a strategic focus on ERP finance processes.
