Strong knowledge of Courier and 3PL industry and experience handling IT asset movement and logistics documentation.
Proficiency in MIS reporting and operational tools like Excel and shipment tracking systems.

Experienced in managing complex logistics workflows involving multiple stakeholders across customer, technical, warehouse, and billing teams.
Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle management and compliance documentation processes.
