Plan, track, and control delivery activities for the MiDAS platform including use case delivery, project milestone management, risk and issue mitigation.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), ensure agile principles adherence, remove blockers, and promote team collaboration.
Manage delivery governance including tracking delivery status from concept to operations, coordinating with technical and product teams, and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
8–12+ years of experience in project management, agile delivery, or technical program coordination.
Hands-on experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager is mandatory.
Good understanding of software delivery lifecycle, DevOps, and release management required.

Able to operate in complex multi-stakeholder settings managing risks, dependencies, and aligning business priorities with delivery.
Comfortable using Agile/SAFe frameworks along with tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, GitHub for tracking and reporting.
