Ensure product quality and compliance by defining evaluation frameworks, mitigating hallucinations, and working cross-functionally to scale adoption, retention, and revenue.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years in Product Management with minimum 3–4 years in FinTech, WealthTech, Banking, Broking, or Capital Markets.
Experience shipping conversational AI/LLM-powered products to real users at scale, not just internal tools or POCs.
Strong hands-on knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and practical production challenges like latency, hallucination mitigation, and grounding with trusted data.
Good understanding of Indian investing, trading, personal finance, market data, and wealth-management products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in regulated financial products, capable of making engineering trade-offs on AI features at a technical level.
Comfortable managing multilingual AI products for Indian users, including code-mixing and vernacular complexities.
Proven ability in defining quality evaluation frameworks and balancing user experience with compliance in a multi-product, regulated fintech environment.
