Conduct internet-based primary research, validate and update data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and credibility.
Analyze datasets using Excel and other tools to identify trends, inconsistencies, and prepare reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
Maintain data quality through cleansing, deduplication, and adherence to governance procedures; support process improvements and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in research, data analysis, business operations, data entry, market research, or related fields (fresh graduates eligible).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning.
Good internet research skills and ability to validate data from credible sources.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling structured and unstructured data with strong attention to detail and data quality focus.
Comfortable using and learning AI-based research tools and new data technologies.
Able to work independently managing data accuracy and contributing to workflow improvements in a data-driven environment.
