Manage end-to-end administration of global benefits programs covering APAC, EMEA, Americas, including enrollments, leaves, offboarding, and compliance.
Conduct foundational compensation analyses such as market benchmarking, pay equity checks, and support annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles including job architecture maintenance.
Handle financial operations including billing reconciliation, payroll deductions, data audits, compliance reporting, and assist with global pension and savings plan processing.
1–2 years experience in compensation, benefits, or related HR function.
Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals including base pay, bonus, market pricing, and pay equity.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
Exposure to HRIS platforms (ADP preferred) and experience with document control tools like Egnyte and DocuSign.
Detail-oriented with high numeric accuracy and strict discretion handling sensitive personal data.
Experienced or comfortable working across global statutory frameworks and managing coordination with US/Mexico time zones.
Able to perform diverse administrative and analytical Total Rewards support including data audits, invoice reconciliations, and cross-functional reporting.
