10-14 years of full-stack development experience with mandatory skills in C#, .Net Core, Next.js / React.js, Typescript, Node.js, Python.
Proven experience building scalable, high-performance, and secure APIs.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering.
Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, AWS/Azure cloud, DevOps tools, and security engineering (DevSecOps and SRE practices).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex system architecture and delivery within core banking/product platforms.
Strong proficiency in full-stack technologies and cloud-native development practices with DevOps and security focus.
Capable of driving technical strategy collaboration with business stakeholders and agile teams in a high-impact, regulated financial environment.
