Minimum Requirements
8+ years backend engineering experience with significant Staff-level ownership of complex, data-intensive systems.
Expertise in Python, SQL (Snowflake or PostgreSQL), and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for multi-tenant customer-hosted deployments.
Strong skills in building configuration-driven, extensible service architectures and elite SQL/data modeling, including window functions and large-scale joins.
Experience working directly with customers or external technical stakeholders, debugging uncontrolled environments and explaining technical outcomes to non-engineers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and operating data-intensive backend systems for enterprise-scale finance or operational domains prioritizing correctness and auditability.
Comfortable with configuration-over-code design philosophy to enable extensibility and reduce bespoke engineering across domains.
Ability to collaborate closely with enterprise customer teams on-site to translate requirements into robust, reusable platform components while owning service reliability and performance.
