Establish testing and quality standards to ensure reliability and security for a mission-critical AI-native financial platform, including compliance (SOC 2, GDPR).
Minimum Requirements
10+ years in QA/test automation with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
Expert-level skills in test automation for API (REST, GraphQL), UI (Playwright, Cypress), backend (Python/FastAPI), and performance/security testing.
Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Experienced leader with proven track record building and scaling QA teams and establishing QA processes from ground up in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Deep technical expertise in full stack test automation including AI/ML/LLM testing, security and compliance testing in SaaS/FinTech domain.
Strategic thinker able to define QA strategy and quality metrics, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable reductions in defects.
