Own end-to-end sales and marketing of Embedded and Analog tools from Texas Instruments to the Educational Market in the assigned region.
Achieve assigned revenue targets through lead generation activities including cold calling, email campaigns, direct customer visits, and organizing technical seminars/workshops.
Manage existing accounts, develop new accounts, provide pre-sales guidance, conduct product demos at events, and coordinate with support teams for training, installation, and collections.
Minimum 2 years experience in marketing & sales of embedded hardware and software products.
Bachelor’s degree in ECE, EIE, or EEE; MBA is desirable but not mandatory.
Familiarity with microcontrollers, microprocessors, and simulation software such as IAR, Kiel-MDK.
Willingness to travel as the role involves travel.
Experienced in technical sales with a strong grasp of embedded systems and semiconductor tools targeting educational customers.
Comfortable conducting technical presentations, lead generation via multiple channels, and managing complex sales cycles independently.
Able to coordinate cross-functionally with technical support and handle competitive business proposals effectively.
