About This Role
- Lead analysis of RAN network performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on CM/PM/FM OSS data and telecom data structures to data scientists and software developers.
- Translate telecom operations requirements into technical specifications and collaborate on AI/ML and analytics solutions for network performance and operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10+ years of telecom/RAN experience.
- Strong expertise in RAN technologies (2G/3G/4G/LTE/5G), OSS platforms, network KPIs, and network performance optimization.
- Experience with Nokia and/or Ericsson OSS platforms preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 7–10+ years telecom/RAN domain experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep hands-on knowledge of RAN architectures and OSS platforms with proven skills in KPI analysis, troubleshooting, and network optimization.
- Experience working with global Tier-1 operators or large enterprise carrier deployments.
- Ability to function as a telecom SME bridging operations, data science, software engineering, and AI/ML teams without requiring software development expertise.
