Lead end-to-end IT Finance projects ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Manage system architecture, configuration, and enhancements across ERP platforms focused on Finance and Corporate Strategy modules.
Act as liaison between IT and Finance teams, translating financial processes into system designs and supporting change management and post-implementation reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering or related field or equivalent.
5+ years of project management experience.
5-8+ years of experience in Finance or with Finance applications including core finance areas (Manufacturing finance, FA, FP&A, AP, AR, Treasury etc.).
Experience managing, implementing, and integrating finance applications (e.g., OneStream, Blackline) with strong English communication skills.
Proven ability to manage complex finance IT projects in a global, cross-functional environment including off/on shore and virtual teams.
Strong conceptual and analytical thinker capable of extracting and documenting complex business and technical requirements from finance and IT stakeholders.
Experience with international/global ERP implementations, finance transformation, process automation, and ERP ecosystem integrations preferred.
