Own and manage the full software lifecycle across Digital Workplace platforms including Enterprise App Store, Software Asset Management, End-User Software Management, Application Lifecycle Automation, Deployment & Delivery, Compliance & Governance, and Cost Optimization.
Design and implement software catalog strategies, deployment automation, license compliance programs, and application compatibility testing to support global users on multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, VDI).
Develop and monitor KPIs on software usage, compliance, user experience, and cost, ensuring audit readiness and continuous improvement across 60+ global sites including plants.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in software lifecycle management and/or product ownership roles.
Extensive hands-on experience with Software Asset Management tools (e.g., Snow License Manager, ServiceNow SAM), Microsoft Intune Company Portal, Microsoft Store for Business, Adobe Creative Cloud enterprise administration, and Microsoft 365 Apps deployment.
Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and working in a global, matrix environment.
Demonstrates strong technical ownership in enterprise-level software lifecycle and asset management across diverse platforms and global teams.
Experienced in designing and executing software deployment strategies with automated tools and compliance controls, managing complex application portfolios including Microsoft and Adobe ecosystems.
Able to translate diverse stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and drive measurable cost optimization and user experience improvements in a regulated and scaled Digital Workplace context.
