Proficiency in core Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web services (REST/SOAP), messaging technologies (JMS/MQ/Tibco), Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and UI frameworks (Angular/ReactJS preferred).
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree potentially preferred or considered.
Experienced senior architect/developer comfortable leading multiple teams and providing cross-geography technical input and governance.
Strong background in scalable distributed system design and microservices, with exposure to cloud adoption and global Agile software delivery.
Ability to influence senior leaders and maintain compliance with policies while managing technical quality, performance, and risk across products and teams.
