Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical).
Total work experience of 12 years.
Strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skills; fluent in English communication.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing indirect procurement and supplier performance in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in managing sourcing activities in a matrix organization with cross-regional and cross-functional coordination.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, MRP/supply chain systems, and possesses certifications like CPSM or CSCP (preferred).
