Oversee US GAAP legal entity financial control including month-end close, accounting, regulatory and management reporting.
Lead and ensure timely completion of monthly financial close and subsidiary governance processes; manage intercompany balances and break resolutions.
Drive change management, operational excellence initiatives, process improvements, and support audit and regulatory queries across functions and geographies.
Minimum Requirements
15-20 years post-qualification experience in Controllership, Finance, Accounting, and Regulatory reporting, preferably in Banking Industry.
Mandatory qualifications: Chartered Accountant or CPA Certification (including IFRS Diploma etc).
Strong expertise in legal entity control and banking product accounting with experience in US GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory reporting.
Work Timings: 9 hour shifts between 07:30 am to 10:30 pm IST with flexibility during month-end; Location: Mumbai or Gurugram.

Experienced in global financial services with strong understanding of diverse banking products and their accounting and regulatory impacts.
Able to lead finance teams, manage multi-stakeholder communication globally, and drive innovation using emerging tools including AI and automation.
Demonstrates control mindset, strong problem-solving skills, risk awareness, and accountability for end-to-end financial reporting accuracy and compliance.
